What is an Audit Log?

All user actions are logged in the case audit trail and document audit trail for security purposes and to ensure full transparency among case participants.

The following instructions will help you view and search for events or interactions within a case.

1. All actions in a case are recorded in the event log of the respective case and document, which can be viewed under the "Audit Log" tab.
2. Users can view all interactions in the case, except for how many times parties open specific documents.
3. The audit log can be filtered by "Event Type" and "Participants".
